By practicing tuning in and connecting to our bodies natural movement potentials, we maintain the capacity to work the land, build trails, manage ecosystems, and engage in play without fear of injury. We know about the ability of movement practices to manage stress, but with the addition of finding presence in engagement with the land simultaneously, we can prevent the anxiety and distraction that separate us from our ecological roles in the first place.
